Sample Kustomer Report
Reports are strongly recommended for all Word of Mouth Pages repairs or services. If your repairman does a good job he deserves your positive report. If he doesn't, he has earned your negative. It's a matter of accountability. For additional information read Writing Reports.

Kustomer Komments:
(This sample addresses all eight Kool Kontractor qualifications.)
I called and left a message. Quality returned my call, and we agreed on Wednesday 1-4 pm. The technician, Keith, arrived as promised.
The fan motor was burned out, and he carefully replaced it.
Keith suggested we also replace the dual run capacitor. The unit is 9 years old, and he felt the replacement could prevent another service call.
The price was based on time and material. They have always been reasonable in their pricing.
Quality AC & Heating has maintained my comfort system for years. They do great work, and if something isn't right, they make it right.
Keith could have just replaced the fan motor, but he also did a complete AC service and tune-up. That was his way of looking out for my interests.
Our conversation was straight forward. There was no attempt to distort the truth or manipulate me into unnecessary, expensive repairs.
Dr. Kool's comment: Entry level contractors can use any pricing method they want, but a Kool Kontractor is not allowed to use Flat Rate Pricing—see Contractor Pricing. If there is a violation, we need to know it.
Here's how you spot Flat Rate Pricing: There's an initial diagnostic fee. Then you're given a list of recommended repairs along with prices—often inflated.
Kontractor Response:
The conversation was pleasant, and the home owner provided a cold drink. I felt like I was working for a friend.
